ABOUT
What is FlaQuizTV? The main idea is to create an funny TV quiz show game for all ages. You can produce your own custom game, with your own theme/questions, idiom and images. For all that, just edit: XML file + idiom.dat file + add images in the folder (see included examples). And play it with your friends, or burn it in a CD and give it as a gift to someone (little brother/sister with his/her class questions, so he/she can learn having fun… not? This intends to be educational, that´s why the interviewer always says, at the end, wich was the correct answer to the question, besides an only simple “wrong” stament). ● BUGS:
1) “Undefined” occurs sometimes when reading the external XML file.
● TODO LIST:
1) Time left: Add real timer countdown, with seconds.
2) Improve interviewer´s talk (current typewritter effect´s line break is ugly).
3) Ask questions only after image is loaded.
4) Convert to AS3 (Only after we develop a stable AS2 version).
5) Game should end after last question, from XML, is displayed and answered.
6) Must be platform independent. Executable (projector´s published ‘exe’ file) is available only for Windows OS.
7) Develop this game in a python (maybe using Pygame) version. To avoid using property software, like ‘flash’ is.
